Marie Ysais
Co-Founder and Project Manager
Marie Ysais is the co-founder and Project Manager of Idea Apps, Ms. Ysais received her BBA with a minor in Management from Texas State University in 2001.
She has been in project management and website development businesses for the past 10 years, and has been concentrating in the technology and mobile phone industries for the past 3 years. Her specialties include project development, account management, mobile applications, and technology marketing.

Xavier Gonzales
Director of Sales and Marketing
Xavier is responsible for managing new for new web and App projects, negotiating vendor agreements and accounting oversight. Prior to his appointment at Idea Apps, Xavier founded TechCon Unlimited. He successfully held the first event at the San Antonio Shrine Auditorium with major companies such as AT&T, Rackspace, GlobalScape, Google, Texas Instruments and Chesapeake Energy.
Xavier has worked as a Mechanical Engineer for Pratt & Whitney San Antonio where he supported repair operations for foreign military jet engines. He managed this $5 Million per year division for two years. Xavier is also co-chair for the Science and Technology committee for the San Antonio Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Xavier received a Bachelor of Science from Wayland Baptist University in 2002. He was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas by his grandparents, John and Emma Gonzales. He is married to Cecilia and has 4 children; John, Amber, Maya and Annabel.
