APP FUNDING OPPORTUNITIES.
Initial Public Offering vs. Mobile Phone Application
When was the last time you had the opportunity to invest in an Initial Public Offering, or IPO? An IPO is for accredited investors only and usually has a minimum investment of $100,000.00. An accredited investor is a millionaire whom has a special relation with the investment banker making the offering. You and I are mostly likely not an accredited investor.
But with an IPO, when a stock opens at $20 and closes at $25.00, you’re in the money. Mainly because you bought in at $15.00 prior to opening. Now, don’t you wish you had the opportunity to invest in an IPO? Remember, with an IPO you also take the risk of losing all your investment as well.
Mobile Phone Applications (MPAs)
are the IPO’s for the regular person
The opportunity is equal or greater and the risks are the same as in an IPO. Even though, you could lose all your investment as well, but with an MPA opportunity your risk is about $500.00 to $40,000.00 not $100,000.00… In the investment world where would you rather be?
Close look at the numbers
MPA’s are relatively new and began marketing in early 2008. At first the app business was making millionaires of people for some of the worst apps, mainly because the apps at the time were a novelty and sold for only $0.99. Who can’t afford to lose a $1? Now there are millions of apps and most cannot create enough revenue to pay for the cost of building them. But here’s the catch; of the millions of apps in the marketplace, little of them market the app at all. Have you ever gone to the app store looking for an app? I could name the apps that made millions of dollars in revenue, but you already know them, so let’s not waste print!
The hard truth is either the app makes it, or it fails. But unlike any other investment when the app makes it, it’s big, bigger than any IPO.
OPPORTUNITY IN APPS
Idea Apps evaluates over 100 MPA’s a month and from that amount we pick 4-5 who rate high in the probability of return on investment and profit. The Company can help by creating a Confidential Private Placement Memorandum (PPM) for the MPA and investing as much as 15%.
The Private Placement Memorandum is for viewing only by qualified investors. A qualified investor is an individual who has had or has a business or personal relationship with Idea Apps, and/or its staff, the Founders, Directors, or officers of the newly created MPA Corporation and their associates of the company and/or is now an Accredited Investor as described by the Security and Exchange Commission of the United States.
